We are thrilled to officially announce that VAZE Studio, under the technical leadership of our CEO, Sadman Ehsas, is working "under the hood" with two of Bangladesh's premier fitness and athletic institutions: Gold's Gym Bangladesh and the country's ultimate combat sports arena, Zulcan Combat Sports.
Commissioned by the Tanvir Bashundhara Group (TBG), this collaboration sees VAZE Studio designing, architecting, and deploying the complete Enterprise Technical Infrastructure and a bespoke event ticketing engine for these premier brands.
1. Engineering for the Elite: Zulcan Combat Sports
Located in the prestigious Bashundhara Sports City, Zulcan Indoor Arena is the undisputed epicenter of Bangladesh's combat sports scene. Hosting world-class tournaments like the Zulcan Fighting Championship (ZFC), the venue attracts thousands of live spectators and millions of digital viewers.
To support these massive live events, VAZE Studio took on the challenge of custom Ticketing Software Development. We engineered a high-availability ticketing system designed to handle the massive, simultaneous traffic spikes that occur the moment a ZFC fight night card is announced.
High-Availability Queue Management
During ZFC ticket launches, traffic spikes by orders of magnitude. We built an automated queue buffer to prevent database locks, ensuring tickets are processed and assigned to customers sequentially without timeouts.
Real-Time Seat Mapping & Inventory Allocation
We built interactive SVG maps of the Zulcan Arena, allowing fight fans to select exact ringside seats. Our system uses Redis-backed atomic transactions to guarantee that two fans cannot purchase the same seat simultaneously.
Seamless QR Access & Gate Scanning
For event entry, tickets generate cryptographically secure QR codes. We built a low-latency scanning API that allows Zulcan staff at the gates to authenticate hundreds of fans per minute, preventing bottlenecking at the stadium doors.

2. Scaling Global Fitness: Gold's Gym Bangladesh
In tandem with combat sports, we are continuing our engineering work "under the hood" for Gold's Gym Bangladesh. As a globally recognized brand, their digital ecosystem must match their reputation for peak performance.
We are constructing a robust Enterprise Technical Infrastructure that handles:
- Bespoke CRM Architecture: Integrating lead management pipelines, customer check-ins, and transaction histories into a secure panel.
- Member Portals: Providing members with direct access to subscription packages, gym analytics, and booking tools.
- Trainer Scheduling Logic: Automating personal trainer schedules, room bookings, and class capacity constraints.
